폐와 뼈에서 두번 재발한 Langerhans' cell histiocytes

초록

LCH is a rare disease characterized by a clonal proliferation of histiocytes in various tissues. LCH has a widely variable disease course and clinical presentation, with the capacity for spontaneous remission or chronic disease. We experienced a case of LCH which recurred three times involving lung and bones. Typical Birbeck granules of histiocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was identified on electronmicroscopic study.
