SH2 도메인에 결합하는 포스포 펩타이드 억제제의 수조 활성도 연구

초록
Recently, we descibed a developement of the potent phosphopeptide and non-phosphopeptide inhibitors, which had hydroxyl aromatic acid at pY-1 position for SH2 domain. To identify the small SH2 inhibitors with improved cell penetration ability, we designed and synthesized C-terminial truncated peptide inhibitors from the potent phosphopeptide and non-phosphopeptide inhibitors.
