초록
최근 필리핀과 중국간 남중국해 해양개체 관할권 문제판정으로 이들의 법적 지위가 국제적으로 문제가 되고 있는바, 이러한 배경을 기초로 남중국 스프래트리 군도에 존재하는 도서 및 암초들에 대한 법적 지위 문제를 해양법협약을 기초로 분석하여 그 법적 지위를 분명히 하고지 함.
