초록

Compressive tests were carried out at temperatures from 713K to 793K and at strain rates from 10-4 to 100 s-1 using a pre-sintered Al-10Si-5Fe-1Cu-0.5Mg-1Zr (wt%) alloy containing 15% of porosity. It was revealed that a dynamic recrystallization (DRX) and grain boundary sliding (GBS) occur depending on test temperature and stain rate. The occurrence of both the DRX and GBS during the compressive deformation resulted in considerable decrease in the porosity of the pre-sintered alloy. In the specimens deformed at 793K, an evidence of the existence of liquid phase during deformation was observed. Such specimens contained higher porosity after deformation compared to the specimens deformed without liquid phase.
