초록

Sol-Gel processing of 30Tio2.70SiO2 films is of significant technological interest since it enables fine control of the refractive index and thickness for optical applications such as antireflection, planar wave guides fir integrated opics and weather resistant optical memory ceramic oxide of the 30Tio2.70SiO2 system by FT-IR, Raman and XRD analysis. Also the silicate glass was examined in terms of experimental variable such as temperature and duration of heat treatment, heating rate and prevailing atmosphere.
