초록

Surface modifications were applied to MWCNTs through ultrasonic and plasma treatments. These modified MWCNTs were used, alongside YP80F, as additives in the synthesis of anode materials. The electrochemical properties were evaluated by half-cell measurements using lithium metal as the counter electrode. In addition, full-cell tests were carried out using a lithium- prelithiated graphite (KS6) cathode, according to the electrochemical intercalation time. In the sonicated half-cell test, the electrode incorporating MWCNT subjected to 60 min of sonication showed the best results in the CV, EIS, Tafel and LSV data. In full-cell test, the sample containing MWCNT sonicated for one hour demonstrated the best electrochemical behavior, especially when the intercalation time was limited to 10 min. CV and Tafel analyses confirmed the stable electrochemical results. In addition, among the half-cell tests using plasma-treated MWCNT, the sample designated PLS 1 exhibited stable performance across CV, EIS and LSV measurements. In full-cell test conducted in the same way, the PLS 1 sample intercalated for 15 min, produced the most stable electrochemical results. A comparative analysis between the two excellent samples revealed that, in half-cell testing, the electrode containing plasma-treated MWCNT exhibited superior charge capacity, power output, and energy density relative to the sonicated MWCNT-based electrode. On the other hand, in the full-cell test with plasma-treated MWCNT, the specific capacitance value showed better electrochemical properties in the electrode using ultrasonicated MWCNT. [GRAPHICS]
