World Meteorological Organization (WMO) declared 2023 as the “hottest year in history” with 1.40 increase. Overshooting risks over 1.50C within 10 years Is it feasible to keep under 1.50C increase? → Wrong question! In order to find out the way, COP 28 held in Dubai, UAE on Nov.30~Dec. 12, 2023, to evaluate Global Stocktake (GST),overview for last five yrs. If all pledges are accomplished, 1.7?2.1°C ↑ in 2100, but the world is not on track!!! Global emissions must peak by the year 2025 Over climate change to climate crisis, what should we do? More effective international cooperation and collaboration are crucial.
