벽의 역할에 대한 근대건축 공간구성의 변화에 관한 연구

초록

The new concept of Space that was created by the science-technological advancement and ideological changes since the 20th century, caused the cognition change about the wall. It means that, as the wall possessed autonomy and independence, the wall has turned from a mere function confining the space to be a device generating meanings. Having not only the various functions but also the expressive traitm the space is to be composed instead of being distributed.
