초록

Two different alkalophilic protease with extremely strong enzyme activities both derived from a unique marine creatures, a polychaeta, Peruserrula leukophryna, living in the mud-flat of Kwang Hwa Island, West sea and a bacterium, Bacillus clausii sp isolated from the mud-flat exposed heavyly contaminated circumstances for a long time at Inchon coastal lines, were purified and characterized for their enzymatic properties.
