방향성 결합기의 설계 최적화

초록

The coupling length of a directional coupler varies as the waveguide width changes with fixed center distance. Systematic variation of the width revealed interesting behavior of coupling length saturation. The condition of a waveguide width with maximum coupling length is shown to provide optimum power transition and maximum fabrication tolerance.
