초록

본 연구에서는 탐침의 일부가 물속에 잠겨있는 역학적 진동제어 방식이 적용된 NSOM probe 를 bending vibration equation 을 이용하여 모델링하고 , 그 동작특성을 다양한 제어조건에 대하여 수치해석적 방법으로 시뮬레이션 및 분석하였다
