대학 학생선수의 심리기술이 스트레스 대처와 수면의 질에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Athletes’ Psychological Skills on Stress Coping and Sleep Quality

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of psychological skills of athletes on coping with stress and quality of sleep. Method: The 230 population samples were collected throughout the university in Seoul and Gyeonggi, Incheon area with a convenience sampling method. Confirmatory afctor analysis, reliability analysis, frequence analysis, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: The results of this study are as follows. 1) Psychological silkls affected the stress coping (problem focused, emotional focused, and detached, avoidance). 2) Psychological skills affected the sleep quality. Conclusion: In summary, Athletes’ psychological skills can also play a psoitive role in their well-being life . Various psychological methods and psychological skill training programs to improve psychological skills should be developed.
