An Analysis of Collapse Behavior in Large Cylindrical Concrete Shell Structures

초록

This study simulated collapse behavior in large cylindrical concrete shell structures under varying conditions. The collapse conditions applied in the simulations included lowered structural strength due to poor construction, weight overloading, and gas explosion within the structure. The commercial hydrocode program LS-DYNA was used for finite element modelling and numerical analysis. The collapse behaviors of shell structures were compared across the respective collapse conditions applied.
