초록
1) Indication: Isolated posterior wall fracture Isolated fracture of the posterior column Transverse or T-type fracture or infratectal or juxtatectal variety, especially in association with posterior wall involvement 2) Access: The posterior column below the great sciatic notch Entire posterior wall of the acetabulum Some control of the quadrilateral surface and pelvic brim by instrument or the finger. 3)Position: Prone on pillows or bolsters Or lateral position Keeps the knee flexed to protect the sciatic nerve. 4)Advantages: Well-known to most surgeon Minimal muscle dissection Minimal blood loss Adequate exposure for the posterior column and posterior wall 5)Diadvantage: Limited exposure The sciatic N. and superior gluteal N. are jeopardy. The knee must remain flexed throughout the procedure.
