초록
This study was undertaken to examine the relationship between climacteric symptoms and depression and to identify the effects of exercise of the climacteric symptoms and depression. 648 women aged 40 to 60 years was completed the questionnaires used for analysis. The results were as follows; There were significant difference in climacteric symptoms between sample, by educational level, economic status, marital status, the number of child and menopause had or not. The number of subject had exericse 39.4% of the sample and only 180 subjects had exercise more than 3 times per week. There was a significant correlation between climacteric symptoms and depression. In the subscale of climacteric symptoms, it showed significant positive correlation between depression and physical, psychosomatic and psycho-emotional symptoms. There was statistically significant difference between climacteric symptoms and exercise and frequency of exercise. Also, there was a significant difference between depression and exercise.
