A Study of a Speech Enhancement by Cocktail Party Effect.

초록

We propose speech enhancement techniques using a selective attention model. This technique is based on biological selective attention mechanism. And it is a new algorithm to improve accuracy of speech recognition in noisy environments. We use Blind Source Separation algorithm and neural network to extract features from data. We verify that the proposed cocktail party effect and the neural network are useful to distinguish various voice signals.
