Microwave-assited solid phase synthesis of pseudoepeptide conatining reduced amdie bond

초록

Microwave irradiation reduced the reaction time and improved coupling efficiency of reductive alkylation for the solid pahse synthesis of pseudopeptides. Under this condition, coupling of each residues required only 5 min. The pruity and yield of pseduopeptide conatining reduced amide bonds are better than those achieved using standard method.
