초록
The oxidation slag has been widely used in civil engineering project, however the reduced slag from electric furnace is not tried yet for the same purpose. Therefore in order to find the recycling method for civil engineering project, the ingredient of reduced slag was analyzed and tests were conducted to know environmental characteristics of reduced slag mixtures after mixing weathering soil and reduced slag. The results from qualitative and quantitative analysis using XRD, XRF appear that main component of reduced slag is Ca2(Si04). From the analysis it can bee seen that Al, Fe and Mn is included in the reduced slag as main heavy metals, and those was due to the inclusion during steel production process. pH level of the mixtures of reduced slag and soil was measured about 10 and it will have no problem environmentally compared to the pH 13 of the general concrete. Also the results was below the regulation level by 'waste management law' of Korean government.
