초록
IT lipoteichoic acid induces lung inflammatory responses including exuberant neutrophilic recuitment and generation of TNF-a and MIP-2. Pulmonary inflammatory responses were enhanced in SPD-OE mice. These data suggest that SPD participates in the regulation of lung inflammatory responses to Gram (+) bacteria.
