Electrodeposition of Cu2O nanowires into alumina template; the influence of solution pH and current density

초록

Nanowires of metals, semiconductores, and polymers have been made by several research groups in hexagonally ordered nanoporous alumina templates. In particular, electrodeposition of metal and metal oxides into alumina template has several advantages over conventional methods; precise control of aspect ratio and morphology, higher deposition rate, and simple inexpensive systems and equipments.
