Acute occlusion of abdominal aorta

초록

Acute occlusion of the abdominal aorta remains serious vascular emergency. A comprehensive and expeditious physical examination should suggest the diagnosis and immediate intervention, which could prove life and limb saving. Neurologic change such as lower extremity weakness sensory loss should not be ignored to consider acute aortic occlusion in order not to delay appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
