This study examined the effects of the Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction (SDLMI) on reading in social studies or science of three adolescents with learning disabilities. The researcher implemented the SDLMI using the study guide to collect data of their reading performance and reading achievement with a multiple-baseline-across-participants design.
