국내외 사례분석을 통한 중소규모 사업장의 효과적 지원방안 -AcciMap 분석기법을 이용하여-

초록

This study proposes effective support measures for preventing industrial accidents in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by analyzing domestic and oversea safety and health support projects and examples of collaborative efforts. Based on 195 cases of manufacturing accidents in South Korea, we identified accident factors and analyzed the causal relationships of these factors using the AcciMap analysis technique. As a result of the analysis, while overseas support projects are focused on system construction, domestic support projects are focused on equipment and environmental improvement, emphasizing the need for safety and health management system establishment, consulting, and training support. Furthermore, through the analysis of industrial accident prevention activities targeting suppliers of global companies, we suggest the need for enhanced promotion for SMEs, support for risk assessments from large corporations, and the implementation of online systems to improve safety awareness through training and surveys.
