등록문화재 제도개선에 관한 연구

초록

As the Modern age is an era linking tradition to the present, there are various standpoints to categorize its periodical range and it is difficult to stipulate the meaning and the subject of a structure that were generated through this age. Cultural Properties Administration, a governmental organization related to cultural properties, prescribes the qualifications for the Modern Cultural Heritage; "An architectural subject may be properties and facilities constructed from the civilized age to the emancipated sequence(1950); A subject may be a superior and rare case of traditional piece of architecture which can easily be destroyed by natural inclemency or easily damaged by unavoidable cultural or any other changes even built after the period." This study is to make a proposal to reforming the Registration of Cultural Assets System and look into its introductory background and applicable scope that have been newly established through the revised Cultural Properties Act in comparison with the counterpart overseas.
