평면 도파로형 장주기 격자 도파로의 온도 의존성에 대한 성능 분석

초록

We report a numerical analysis on temperature dependent performances of planar-type long period gratings. The phase matching conditions between the core mode and the cladding modes for given grating periods have been investigated by considering the thermal dependent refractive index variation and the thermal expansion coefficient of the waveguide materials.
