Resolving Power of the Gaussian Pupil Optical Lithography System beyond Rayleigh's Limit of Resolution

The optical resolution of Gaussian pupil imagin system beyond Rayleigh's limit of resolution is discussed by considering of HWHM of the diffraction image and the total intensity at the pupil, and it is found.
