PEI에 코팅된 키토산/헤파린 나노분자 합성 지지체가 연골세포의 세포외 기질에 미치는 영향

In this study, we evaluated the potential for heparin/chitosan polyelectrolyte complex materilas for controlling the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes. Heparin/chitosan polyelectrolyte complex were also tested for extracellular matrix of chondrocytes. The results indicated that while commercial polystyrene dish alone showed cell attachment and growth, poly (ethyleneimine) (PEI) surfaces inhibited the cell spreading and proliferation of chondrocytes in vitro. Also, heparin/chitosan surfaces coated on PEI supported not only cell proliferation but cell functions, such as releasing of collagen type II. These results indicate that the heparin/chitosan materials can be used to modulate the proliferation and differnetiation of chodnorcytes in vitro culture system.
