EMP(Electromagnetic Pulse) interaction analysis for any military and industry equipments or facility is very important issue on these days [1]. Measuring EMP signal with D-dot/B-dot sensors or other antennas, coaxial cables which are attached to the sensors or antennas have very critical issue on signal dispersion and loss characteristics of the coaxial cable. Especially very fast rise time EMP signals are more sensitive by cable characteristic. In this paper, the new compensation method for measuring EMP signal is presented and pulse measurement library of the coaxial cable used in the experiment. The S-parameter of the coaxial cable is presented and it is mathematically modeled for approximated equation generation. To analysis time domain EMP signal, Complex Laplace transform and Cauchy's contour integral theorem with two singularities are used. To consider the pulse dispersion and loss, the change of pulse rise time, FWHM, peak values are calculated. The results show that time parameters of pulse have little change and change of pulse peak value is very critical with 20% error. The coaxial compensation library for dispersion and loss is developed wit Alpha and Beta pulse time parameters.
