신곡수중보 해체에 따른 유휴부지 활용 방안에 대한 연구 - 한강의 생태 응축시설의 공유공간화 제안 -

초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest the utilization of idle site according to dismantling of the Singok submerged weir. Although the Han-river was an important role in the lives of people in the past, the function of the river was changed due to the era of development process in Seoul. Also, after the installation of Singok submerged wier, the flow of river was cut off and the aquatic ecosystem was destroyed, so it was difficult to find various species of ecosystem. For the restoration of ecological function in the Han-river, the riverbank, which is covered with concrete, is gradually removed and a demotion issue of Singok submerged wier was in dispute. Thus, this study was to propose a practical planning of Baegmaseom as ecological condenser with common facilities for retortion of ecosystem in the Han-river.
