초록
This thesis present the design and implementation of a wide input range DC-DC converter based on SEPIC topology for potable medical machines. The power converters cannot only transfer the power from the battery to the load, but also improve stability and safety of the system. In the proposed system, a SEPIC DC-DC converter with a wide input range that are suitable for a variety of batteries such as a Li-ion battery, Manganese Dry Battery, and lead storage battery. Also OCP, SCP and UVLO are equipped with the purpose of stable power supply. The proposed DC-DC converter is implemented with a 0.35㎛ BCDMOS process, has 6V to 40V input voltage range and generates MAX 21V output voltage. And load regulation is 0.1mV/mA.
