Beckmann-Kirchhoff 산란 모델을 이용한 PCB용 Au 패드의 산란 특성 분석

초록

This paper focuses on comparison of Beckmann-Kirchhoff scattering model with the scattering characteristics of Au pads measured with Gonio-reflectometer. The simulation result from Beckmann-Kirchhoff model with pre-measured roughness parameters does not show an accurate agreement with the measured result, and fundamental problems in description of surface scattering are discussed.
