We have effectively applied 10th costal cartilage as an autologous costal cartilage material for rhinoplasty. The 10th costal cartilage can be easily harvested through small incision site and allows simple carving process or not to be even. Hence, we decided to standardize our clinical experience based on the anatomical research of 10th costal cartilage. The aim of this study is to elucidate the precise radiological and surface anatomy of the tenth costal cartilage in Asian rhinoplasty.
