임펄스전압에 의한 봉형 접지전극의 과도적 특성

In this paper, laboratory investigations on electrical breakdowns from a ground rod installed in sand were carried out. Transient characteristics of ground rod associated with electrical discharges of soil gap have been investigated and analyzed by breakdown voltage-current, ground resistance-time and voltage-current curves. As a result, a sharp decrease in ground resistance was caused by soil ionization and breakdown.
