A Dynamic Hangul E-Mail Address Management Protocol

The conventional E-mail address system is represented by domain name and user name on a host, which consists of English characters. So it is impossible to use Korean E-mail address because the word ordering of existing English domain is different from the one of Korean. Therefor the necessity of Korean domain name management system, which provides the operation and management incorporating existing DNS (Domain Name System) and is familiar with Korean, is increasing. In this paper, HEMMP (Hangul E-mail Address Management Protocol) is proposed, which supports Korean mail address system and provides the collection and provision of user information on the network management unit. And Dynatron (DYNAmic Traverse ON user information service) is implemented, which is the dynamic user information searching system using HEMMP.
