자궁경부의 말초 T 세포 림프종의 세포학적 소견 -1예 보고-

초록

Primary malignant lymphomas of the uterine cervix are extremely rare. Most of those previously reported have been B-cell lymphomas. However, several cases of primary T-cell lymphomas in the uterine cervix are reported in medical literature. Most cervicovaginal smear of uterine cervical lymphomas give lower diagnostic yield than common epithelial malignancy because abnormal cells do not appear in the sample in the absence of surface ulceration. We describe a rare case of primary T-cell lymphoma of the uterine cervix with cervicovaginal smear. Cytologically, the tumor cells were relatively uniform, isolated, and large-sized with scanty cytoplasm. The nuclei were round or indented with stippled chromatin and small nucleoli. Histological confirmation was performed with immunohistochemistry.
