Gram-Positive Bacteria로부터 RNA 추출을 위한 신규 방법

초록

We have developed a novel method for preparation of RNA from various gram-positive bacteria. This method omitted lysozyme and proteinase K by using glass beads to break cell more efficiently. Using this method, we successfully isolated the total RNA from various gram positive bacteria. This method is rapid (about 1hr), simple, and more economic when compared to the previously reported ones. Prepared RNA can be used for the transcriptional analysis of various gram-positive bacteria.
