초록
To evakuate the arrow shaped loww sternotomy to various cardiac operations. methods:Between oct 1997 and November 1998, 18 patients underwent cardiac operations via arrow-shaped low sternotomy conclusions:This technique provided more space for aortic cannulation than usual lower T-sternotomy and more stability on the divided sternum with impaction of the wedge-shaped sternum into manubrium.
