UV대역의 발광다이오드 설계를 위한 광원 모델링 및 특성분석

초록

Usually the configuration of light emitting diode are designed optimally by numerical simulation. During the procedure of the optimal design, the performance of devices depends on how an input beam or an input source is modeled. In this paper, the influence of source-modeling method on the radiation pattern has been investigated by using the LightTools based on the ray tracing method, and also efficient modeling for light source is determined. And the result of design was compared with experimental data.
