초록
This proposal describes PFM Buck converter with accurate adaptive on-time. The proposed buck converter increases the efficiency at low load by using an adaptive on-time PFM mode. it also aimed high yield by increasing stability of design by suppressing change of switching frequency about input voltage Under the condition that load is a constant and reducing elements of process variation. the proposed buck converter was implemented by using 0.18um CMOS process and the supply voltage is 3.3 and switching frequency is several to hundreds KHz. the type of circuit is mixed circuit.
