성인 여성의 소뇌에서 발생한 아교모세포종 -1예 보고-

초록

Cerebellum is rare site for glioblastoma. We experinced a case of cerebellar glioblastoma in 41-year old woman. She has had a headche since the end of last yera. Five months before admission, she began to have a gait disturbance, a tendency to fall to the right side, a terminal trmor of right side and dysdiadokinesia of right side. CT revealed a well enhancing mass with irregular margin and surrounding edema in right cerebellar hemisphere and vermis, Tumor removal was performed. Histological pattern appeared in no way to differ form those of cerebral glioblastoma.
