Day-Ahead Economic Scheduling Algorithm of Multi-functional Energy Storage System
초록
ESS (energy storage system) is a key component that can charge/discharge and store energy in modern power system. The ESS can contribute to energy efficiency improvement and power system stabilization through various application. This paper focuses on operating algorithm for multi-functional ESS. Therefore, day-ahead scheduling algorithm considering multi-function is developed. The algorithm considers energy arbitrage and it is assumed that the ESS can participate in frequency regulation service. The proposed algorithm is simulated in MATLAB and the simulation results verifies the performance of the algorithm.
