IgG4-related sclerosing disease manifesting pseudocyst in mesocolon and retroperitoneum: A case report

초록

IgG4-related sclerosing disease is a systemic disease characterized by IgG4-positive plasma cells. It can involve various organs including pancreas, bile duct, salivary gland, lung, kidney, and retroperitoneum, etc. Also it can manifest various condition including inflammation, fibrosis and pseudotumor. Retroperitoneal IgG4-related sclerosing disease is usually fibrotic inflammatory process.
