Electrospinning using liquid reservoir collector

Nonwoven fabric membranes were prepd. by electrospinning of poly(L-lactic acid) or lactide-glycolide copolymer into collection reservoirs contg. water, methanol or aq. NaCl. Both the diam. and porosity of the nanofiber membranes using water collectors increased compared to membranes collected on metal.
