A study on the Improvements and Analysis of the Developmental Phase of the Low-rise multi-family housing in Korea

초록

The culture of low-rise multi-family housing in Korea should be developed to the direction of the third stage type. Even though there are many notions explaining the characteristics of the third stage such as recurrence to cities, recurrence to traditions, humanized permanent residential environments, idiosyncrasies, construction of low-rise multi-family housing, pursuit of common values, environment-friendly designs, and so on, more studies on the models which conforms to the changing process of our history and the reality of society should be provided.
