초록
SCM, CRM and ERP etc. have been important resources of information., so we must preserve them as critical resoruce for business. until now, we have considered them as a different kind of application. and, in most organizations, the applications have been built around the respective departments and functions. but they cannot support fully business process and the user should go around some systems to find the informations or data. so, the organization needs flexible and integrated applications in order to support workflow and business-decision process. these also should be managed entirely and processed as knowledge for business. in this study, knowledge is considered as the one of the methods to activate the human behavior. and , km is slso defined as the method to control the communication process effectively and efficiently and to manage knowledge itself for competitive advantages in the workflow. based on this definition, we will propose the integrated application on the basis of km. to meet the definition of knowledge and km, this integration will be based on the business process as activities in the organization.
