초록
We introduce a simple white-light interferometry method measuring thermo-optics coefficient of optical samples. Phase change of continuous interference output of a Michelson interferometer with a white-light source illumination are measured at various temperatures of an optical sample which is located in one of the interferometer's arm, and used for determination of its thermo-optic (TO) coefficient. The TO coefficient of a fused silica sample was measured with this method, and compared with its well-known value.
