비장의 악성 섬유성 조직구증

초록

Sarcomas of the spleen are rare and most of them are angiosarcoma or fibrosarcomas. MFH is an uncommon tumor afflicting soft tissues, and primary involvement of spleen is extremely rare. Only eight cases have been reported. We report a case of primary spleen MFH. A 72-year old man was referred to our hospital with a retroperitoneal mass which was discovered on th abdominal CT scan. It revealed markedly enlarged multinodular mass in the splenic area. The histologic findings were compatible with MFH.
