압전션트회로를 이용한 광저장 디스크 드라이브의 진동저감

초록

This paper presents a piezoelectric shunt methodology to reduce unwanted vibration of optical drive. In order to evaulate the feasibility of multi-mode passive damping of the structure, admittance measurement of the piezoceramic is undertalen. After determining the design parameters in an optimal manner, an experiment is undertaken for vibration suppression of two dominant vibration modes.
