Preparation and Surface Morphology of Nanostructured Thin Films Prepared From Organic-Inorganic Sol-Gel Solutions
초록
The nanostructured thin films of the organic-inorganic self assembly of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and amphiphilic triblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(propylene oxide)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (EO20PO70EO20, numbers in subscripts denote the molar ratios of each component) were prepared by spin coating on a Si wafer. The ethanolic inorganic precursor solution of TEOS was prehydrolyzed in aqueous HCl solution. The micellar solution of organic phase was prepared by dissolving an adequate amount of EO20PO70EO20 in ethanol and mixed with inorganic precursor solution. The resultant mixtures with various EO20PO70EO20 concentrations were then spincoated on Si wafers and dried at room temperature. The surface morphology of the dried nanostructured thin films was investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM).
