형질전환된 담배세포를 이용한 hGM-CSF 생산에서 식물생장조절제가 미치는 영향

Effect of plant growth regulator on cell growth and the production of human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (hGM-CSF) was investigated with transgenic Nicotiana tabacum cell suspension cultures. When the auxin concentrations getting higher, cell growth and hGM-CSF production were decreased. In the case of cytokinin, the opposite result was found. The addition of cytokinin without auxin enhanced cell growth but reduced hGM-CSF production. Maximum hGM-CSF concentration was obtained with 0.5 mg/L NAA and 0.02 mg/L kinetin on day 2.
